Yes. The approved model includes SCO buying from the supplier and reselling to the partner in its own name under the transaction’s commercial agreement.

Does an application open an account?
No. It starts a review only; agreement, approval, authorization and procurement activation are later independent decisions.

May I inquire without becoming a partner?
Yes. You may inquire about engineering, technology, advisory or procurement through the approved email. An inquiry is not a purchase order.

Are the figures or BOQ real transactions?
No. Examples and figures are clearly marked as demonstrations and do not represent a customer, project or completed purchase.
